Actress Lindsay Lohan is to continue to detox Betty Ford Center until January 3, a Beverly Hills, California, judge said Friday.Lohan was under treatment at Ranch Mirage rehabilitation since September 24.
Judge Elden Fox said Friday that found the "Mean Girls" and "Freaky Friday" star had once again violated the terms of his probation on a 2007-case driving under the influence, the Los Angeles Times. Fox ordered to continue treatment rather than have his prison sentence for testing positive for drugs, however.
After she leaves rehab in early January, she is to undergo random testing until her Feb. 25 court date.
"I'm serious about that (date)," Fox told Lohan. "You're staying there past the new year and there's a reason for that. I'm not going to be manipulated."
Fox also warned that if Lohan violate the terms of his probation again, will follow the recommendation of prosecutors and sentenced to 180 days in jail.
