Woman accused of attack on Leonardo DiCaprio and broke a bottle of the Hollywood party in 2005 has pleaded contest in court in Los Angeles.
Aretha Wilson, who fled to Canada and had been released, was charged with assault include a deadly weapon.
He had faced up to seven years in prison if he was guilty. He initially pleaded guilty in August and throughout the trial was scheduled to begin Friday. 40 years has not yet been sentenced.
All the details are not yet clear, but the Associated Press reported that new Wilson was scheduled to receive two years imprisonment on November 22 as part of a plea agreement.
Wilson was accused of sneaking into a party organized by former boyfriend of Paris Hilton, Rick Salomon, Mr. DiCaprio and attack with a bottle.
Mr. DiCaprio, need a dozen stitches in his face and neck after the game. Police said Wilson had confused Mr. DiCaprio for a former girlfriend.
Earlier, the judge, who saw photographs of injuries to the star, said he did not regard them as trivial or moderate.
The photographs, which show reductions in the neck of the actor’s ear, have not been made public.
Wilson fled to Canada after the incident and had to be extradited to the United States last month to face charges.
He remained in prison since pleading guilty, after failing to obtain a deposit of $ 150,000 (£ 96,600). He had previously been ordered not to contact or coming within 500 yards of DiCaprio.
