Microsoft Corp. has sued Motorola Inc, for the second time in a few months, claiming that the phone manufacturer was looking for unreasonable royalties for the technology used in its Xbox game console, according to a media report.
Microsoft claims that Motorola violated the commitments to standards bodies, including the International Telecommunication Union "reasonable and nondiscriminatory terms and in licensing patents for various wireless and video coding technology, the report said, citing the Microsoft in U.S. District Court.
